Creamy blue cheese dressing

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pressed garlic
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ cup Buttermilk; or regular milk
6 ounces Bleu cheese; broken in 1" pieces

Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and process to desired consistency. Makes about 2 cups.
