Creamy blue cheese dressing

½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pressed garlic |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
½ | cup | Buttermilk; or regular milk |
6 | ounces | Bleu cheese; broken in 1\" pieces |
Directions
Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and process to desired consistency. Makes about 2 cups.
