Creamy blue cheese dressing

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pressed garlic |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Buttermilk; or regular milk |
| 6 | ounces | Bleu cheese; broken in 1\" pieces |
Directions
Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and process to desired consistency. Makes about 2 cups.
