Measure | Ingredient |

8 ounces | Cream cheese |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pressed garlic |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
½ cup | Buttermilk; or regular milk |
6 ounces | Bleu cheese; broken in 1" pieces |
Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and process to desired consistency. Makes about 2 cups.
