| 1¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 3 | tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Prepared mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped parsley |
| 1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped tomatoes |
| 1 | cup | Fresh sliced mushrooms |
| 1 | cup | Thinly sliced zucchini |
| 1 | cup | Thinly sliced pepperoni (4 oz) |
| ½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
Directions
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and drain in cold water. In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients. Set aside. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Add dressing, toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours. 4-6 servings.
