Yield: 6 Servings
|8 ounces||Medium shell macaroni|
|1¼ cup||Salsa (I used medium, but I think I'll try hot next time)|
|1 can||(15-16 oz.) black beans, drained|
|1 pack||(10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed|
Cook pasta according to package directions (omitting oil, of course) or to personal taste. Drain. Mix with other ingredients.
Serves 6 as a side dish.
