Creamy pasta salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Eggless Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 cups Cooked noodles (elbow, rotini, or small shells)
4 \N Green onions; chopped
6 ounces Jar artichoke hearts drained and sliced
1½ tablespoon Fresh or dried basil
½ teaspoon Salt

Stir the eggless mayonnaise and lemon juice into the noodles. Add the green onions, artichoke hearts, basil, and salt and mix well. If the salad is too dry, add more mayonnaise and/or lemon juice.

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
