Mediterranean pasta toss

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Oil -- olive |
| Peppers, red, lg -- strips | ||
| 4 | ounces | Pepperoni -- sliced |
| Onion, lg -- chopped | ||
| Anchovy fillets -- drained | ||
| And | ||
| Garlic cloves, lg -- minced | ||
| Chopped (optional) | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Olives, ripe, pitted -- |
| Sliced | ||
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. meanwhile, cook and stir red peppers, onion, garlic and pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat. Toss with pasta.
