Creamed chicken over beans

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter or margarine
¼ cup All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1½ cup Water
¼ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
2 cups Cooked chicken; cubed
16 ounces Pkg. frozen cut green beans; cooked/drained
\N \N Paprika; optional

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.

Gradually add water, milk and bouillon. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and heat through. Serve over beans. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
