Creamed butter beans

1pack(1-lb.) large lima dry beans
cupHalf and half cream; (1/3 to 2/3)
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

Cook dry beans until done. Drain off water. Add sugar, salt and cream to desired thickness; bring just to boil.
