Creamed butter beans

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (1-lb.) large lima dry beans
⅓ cup Half and half cream; (1/3 to 2/3)
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt

Cook dry beans until done. Drain off water. Add sugar, salt and cream to desired thickness; bring just to boil.
