Creamed corn chicken^

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16oz0 no salt added creamed
\N \N Corn
1 bunch Green onions, chopped
1 cup Skim milk
1 \N Egg white
2 tablespoons Flour
3 pounds (to 4) chicken, cut in eight
\N \N Pieces
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
\N \N Paprika
\N \N Whole wheat bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix corn, onions, milk, egg white and flour.

Pour into a 13 X 9" baking dish. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with poultry seasoning and paprika. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake until chicken is tender, about 1 hour 20 minutes.

Variation: For color, add some pimento strips.
