Coyote's burgers

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Buffalo meat - made in 1/3 lb patties
3 Roasted Pablano chiles ( half a chile for each burger)
6 slices Habanero jack cheese
Onion slices; tomato slices and lettuce.

put it together and top the buns with hot ketchup (tho some times I use hot sweet mustard).

Very simple tasty dinner.
