|2 pounds||Buffalo meat - made in 1/3 lb patties|
|3||Roasted Pablano chiles ( half a chile for each burger)|
|6 slices||Habanero jack cheese|
|Onion slices; tomato slices and lettuce.|
put it together and top the buns with hot ketchup (tho some times I use hot sweet mustard).
Very simple tasty dinner.
