2 cans | (4 oz each) Maine Sardines |
2 tablespoons | Parsley; chopped |
3 cups | Mashed potatoes; seasoned with salt and pepper |
2 \N | Tomatoes; thinly sliced |

1 cup | Cheese; shredded |
Drain sardines. Add parsley to potatoes and mix well. Spread potatoes in the bottom of a well-greased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2) Arrange sardines over potaotes. Cover with tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
