Sardine saladettes

1canLarge sardines
6mediumsSize lettuce leaves
Reserved oil from sardines
½Lemon, juice only
½Shredded pimento
1teaspoonPimiento, shredded
1teaspoonParsley, minced
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1Hard boiled egg, chopped fine.

Directions

LEMON-EGG DRESSING

Remove sardines from can and chill. Reserve oil. Place one sardine on each lettuce leaf. Spoon on the Lemon Egg Dressing.

To make the Dressing: To reserved sardine oil add the above dressing ingredients and mix well.
