Sardine saladettes

| Reserved oil from sardines | ||
| ½ | Lemon, juice only | |
| ½ | Shredded pimento | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pimiento, shredded |
| 1 | teaspoon | Parsley, minced |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Hard boiled egg, chopped fine. | |
Directions
LEMON-EGG DRESSING
Remove sardines from can and chill. Reserve oil. Place one sardine on each lettuce leaf. Spoon on the Lemon Egg Dressing.
To make the Dressing: To reserved sardine oil add the above dressing ingredients and mix well.
