Garden cottage cheese

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Radishes chopped
¼ cup Cucumber chopped and seeded
¼ cup Green onions chopped
¼ cup Carrots finely chopped
¼ cup Green pepper chopped
¼ cup Red pepper chopped

To 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese add above ingredients.

We use 1 percent milkfat cottage cheese because it's not as creamy and the veggies don't get soggy. We also mix it with a spice called Jane's Crazy Salt.
