Cottage cheese pineapple salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
20 ounces Can crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 ounces Package of Cherry Jello
1 pounds Carton of cottage cheese
9 ounces Cool Whip

Let pineapple and sugar come to a boil. Set off and add Jello and let set until it thickens. Add 1 lb. carton of cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Chill. Randy Rigg
