Cornflakes bread abm

1 1/2lb loaf

Quantity Ingredient
5 ounces Water
5 ounces Milk
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Ground corn flakes crumbs
¼ cup Wheat germ
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Yeast
3 teaspoons Butter

It takes 2¼ cups corn flakes whirled in the blender to make 1 cup of corn flakes crumbs.

I like the taste of toasted cereals in bread and often use ground up Rice Krispies, corn flakes or puffed wheat for a portion of the flour.

Add the wet ingredients, flours and other dry ingredients in the order suggested by the ABM manufacturer and add three dots of butter.

Set machine for white bread: medium crust.
