Bran bread - abm

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
2 cups Flour, bread
¼ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Cereal, bran
½ tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Milk, powdered
2 tablespoons Oil
1 large Eggs
¾ cup Water; warm

PENSACOLA NEWS-PRESS

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

After the machine shuts off, wait about 5 minutes before removing.

Tested in Dak R2D2. Sylvia's comments: rose well, very fine texture.

I used Raisin Bran and the raisins added an interesting touch.
