Yield: 8 Servings
|½ pounds||American cheese|
|1 large||Onion; chopped fine|
|½||Bell pepper; chopped fine|
|2 larges||Pieces celery; chopped fine|
|2 mediums||Heads cabbage|
|½ pint||Coffee cream|
Coarsely cut cabbage and boil until tender. Saut onion, pepper and celery in butter. Put in drained cabbage and cook 15 minutes. Add ½ lb. cheese and ½ pint coffee cream, add red pepper and salt to taste. Put in well-greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
