Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | American cheese |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped fine |
| ½ | Bell pepper; chopped fine | |
| 2 | larges | Pieces celery; chopped fine |
| 2 | mediums | Heads cabbage |
| ½ | pint | Coffee cream |
| Bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Coarsely cut cabbage and boil until tender. Saut onion, pepper and celery in butter. Put in drained cabbage and cook 15 minutes. Add ½ lb. cheese and ½ pint coffee cream, add red pepper and salt to taste. Put in well-greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
