Colorful beet relish

Ingredients

| 1 | carton | (8oz) sour cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Horseradish |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | can | (16oz) cut beets; drained & diced |
Directions
