Beet cabbage relish

Measure Ingredient
10 \N Beets, chopped
1 cup Chopped onions
2 cups Chopped cabbage
1 cup Red sweet pepper
1 \N Stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Salt
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped cauliflower
3 tablespoons Mustard seed
1 tablespoon Celery seed
2 \N To 2 1/4 cups vinegar
