Horseradish & beet relish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Diced or julienne cooked bee
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Horseradish
2 tablespoons Onion juice
½ cup Vinegar

Pour all into saucepan, toss lightly and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold with meat or fish. If served cold, allow to chill overnight.
