Yield: 25 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
3½ pounds | Lean beef; rump, sirloin or round steak |
1 cup | Soy sauce |
3 | Cloves garlic; finely minced |
2 tablespoons | Fresh grated ginger |
1 teaspoon | Accent |
Cut beef into ½-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic & Accent.
Let mixture blend for 1 hour. Add to beef & marinate overnight in refrigerator in a plastic bag or shallow covered plastic or glass container, stirring occasionally. Skewer meat cubes on small bamboo sticks, about 4-5 per stick. Makes about 70 cocktail kabobs. Arrange acctactively on foil-covered tray & let guests broil individually on habachi or grill.
May also be broiled in advance. CPT CATHERINE S. BARNES
