Citrus sauce for citrus sections

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Cornstarch dissolved in 1/4
\N cup Lemon
\N \N Juice
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1⅓ cup Orange juice
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Orange liqueur
\N \N Grapefruit and orange
\N \N Sections

Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and clear.

Remove from the heat and stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled citrus sections.

Yield: about 2½ cups sauce
