Ingredients

2cloves garlic; minced
½cupfresh orange juice
½cupfresh parsley; loosely packed
¼cupraspberry vinegar
1tablespoondry mustard
2teaspoonsfresh thyme leaves; or 1 tsp dried
2teaspoonsfresh tarragon; or 1 tsp dried
2teaspoonsfresh oregano; or 1 tsp dried
teaspoonblack pepper, ground; to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed. Makes approximately 1½ cups (Per 2 Tbsp: 13 calories, 0 grams fat)
