| ¼ | cup | raspberry vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | dry mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh thyme leaves; or 1 tsp dried |
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh tarragon; or 1 tsp dried |
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh oregano; or 1 tsp dried |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | black pepper, ground; to taste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed. Makes approximately 1½ cups (Per 2 Tbsp: 13 calories, 0 grams fat)
