Citrus bowl salad

Measure Ingredient
2 Grapefruits
2 Oranges
2 Kiwi; peeled and sliced
½ pint Strawberries; cut in half
2 tablespoons Mint; chopped
2 tablespoons Sugar

Grate the zest from the orange into a small bowl; mix with sugar.

Section and cut up grapefruit and oranges, reserving ¼ cup juices.
