Fluffy citrus dressing

| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Orange peel; grated |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon peel; grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
Directions
In sauce pan beat 1 egg, add sugar other ingredients except whipping cream.
Cook and stir over low heat until thick, approx 5 minutes. Cool well. Fold in whipped cream. Chill
Serving Ideas : Serve with fresh fruit as a dip.
