Cinnamon-lemon yams

| ¼ | cup | Butter, melted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Bottled lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Crumbled cornflakes |
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. Arrange yams in a 2 quart casserole. Combine butter, lemon juice, cinnamon; pour over yams. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake 30 min. Serve hot. Serves 6. Source: Dottie Theriault's collection.
