| 5 smalls | Sweet potatoes; peeled and sliced |
| ½ cup | Sugar |
| ½ cup | Brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| ½ cup | Orange juice |
| ¼ cup | Melted butter |
| \N \N | Salt to taste |
Mix sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, butter and salt. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened. Place yams in greased casserole. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
