Yield: 6 Servings
|3 pounds||Yams; (fresh or canned)|
|¼ cup||Melted butter|
|½ cup||Half and half|
|½ cup||Chopped pecans|
|16 larges||Marshmallows; (I use more)|
Boil yams until tender and peel(if canned, drained thoroughly). Mash yams and add the next six ingredients. Mix together thoroughly. Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake @ 350º for 25-30 minutes.
