Butterscotch yams

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Light corn syrup -- or dark |
| ½ | cup | Firmly packed light brown |
| Sugar | ||
| ¼ | cup | Evaporated skim milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F. Arrange yams in single layer in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a med. saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med.
heat, boilf for 5 min. Por over yams. Return dish to oven and bake, basting frequently, for at least 15 min.
