Cilantro-tamari dipping sauce

Yield: 1 /3 cup

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Champagne vinegar
\N \N Or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Tamari
½ \N Garlic clove(s), peeled
\N \N Finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Cilantro leaves
\N \N Finely chopped

Combine all of the ingredients and serve as a dip.
