Cilantro lovers' veggie sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Fresh cilantro leaves; chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Blanched almonds; chopped |
| 6 | tablespoons | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mirin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| Freshly ground black pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until you have a smooth puree. For a thinner sauce add more olive oil and mirin on a 2/1 basis.
Taste test and adjust to your personal preference.
