Chocolate sauce #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Squares unsweetened chocolate
½ cup Butter or margarine
3 cups Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 can (13-oz) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Melt chocolate & butter in heavy saucepan. Stir in sugar & salt. Slowly add evaporated milk & stir constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat.

Add vanilla. Store in jar in refrigerator. Heat before serving. (Good to make ice cream pies, serve on ice cream or just eat a spoonful!) SANDRA BENSON
