Recipe by: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts - ISBN 0-06-016537-5 Preparation Time: 0:12 1. In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine chocolate chips and cream. Heat in a microwave on High 1½ to 1 ¾ mins, or until melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in vanilla. Add popcorn and nuts and mix until evenly coated. 
2. Turn into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan; press gently with back of spoon to spread evenly. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours, or until firm. Cut into 25 squares. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
