Chocolate popcorn squares

6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 cups Popcorn
1 cup Chopped nuts

2. Turn into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan; press gently with back of spoon to spread evenly. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours, or until firm. Cut into 25 squares. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
