Chocolate mexicano

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Cocoa;powdered
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 cups Water
2 \N Cinnamon Sticks;3 inch
6 \N Clove;whole;
\N \N Salt;
6 cups Milk
2 tablespoons Vanilla

Combine cocoa, brown sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, cloves and a pinch of salt in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low; simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add milk to cocoa while whisking constantly; keep cocoa just below boiling point. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Strain to remove spices; beat or blend until foamy. Serve hot! - You may optionally use cinnamon sticks for stirring.
