Pizza mexicana

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Vegetarian Refried Beans Rosarita brand (16oz can)
1 \N Pre-baked pizza/bread crust 12-inch
1 cup Rosarita Picante Sauce Mild
½ cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
½ cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 can Sliced black olives; drained 2-1/4 oz. can
12 \N Nacho sliced Jalapeno pepper drained
¼ cup Sliced tomato
\N \N Chopped cilantro

Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at 450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings. Additional toppings: sour cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.
