Chipped beef dip

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese (room-
\N \N Temperature)
2 tablespoons Milk
1 \N Jars (2-1/2 oz) chipped
\N \N Beef (finely chipped)
2 tablespoons Onions (minced)
1 tablespoon Green bell pepper
\N \N (finely chopped)
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Pecans (finely chopped)
1 pounds Chips or crackers

Quick and easy. Serve with chicken fricassee and rice. Preheat oven 350F. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
