Chipped beef and cream cheese

| 1 | pack | (6-oz) cream cheese |
| ½ | medium | Onion; grated (up to) |
| 2 | Lemons; juice of | |
| 1 | dash | Tabasco |
| 1 | pack | (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef |
Directions
Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.
Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
