Chile cheese balls

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Longhorn cheese
1 each Tabasco sauce to taste
½ cup Chopped pecans
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Chopped green chile

Put cheese in large bowl and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
