Chicken-pecan cheese spread

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Neufchatel cheese, softened |
| 1 | cup | Chopped cooked chicken |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped pecans, toasted |
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped chutney |
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coarsely chopped parsely |
Directions
Chopped pecans, for garnish
1. In a food processor, combine cheese, chicken, toasted pecans, mayonnaise, chutney, curry & parsely. Process just until combined.
2. Place in a serving dish & garnish w/ chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Serve w/ crackers & sliced apples.
