Chicken parmegiana

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing; low calorie

Preheat oven 350 . Combine bread crumbs, ½ tsp. Italian seasoning parmesan cheese, ¼ tsp. parsley flakes, and ¼ tsp. pepper in a shallow bowl. Pour dressing into a second bowl and dip chicken in dressing and roll in bread crumbs. Repeat until coated. Place in a covered dish treated with veggie spray. Bake for 40 min. uncover & bake an additional 5-7 min.
