Beef parmigiana

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
½ cup Olive oil
1 cup Milk
2 cups Bread crumbs
¼ pounds Mozzarella cheese; sliced
\N \N Beef; thinly sliced
\N \N Parmesan cheese
\N \N Tomato sauce

Combine egg with milk. Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms. Add beef and brown them quickly on both sides. Transfer to a baking disk. Top with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Serve at omce.
