Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Diced; cooked chicken | 
| 4 | cups | Chicken broth | 
| 1½ | cup | Diced celery | 
| 1 | cup | Diced cheese | 
| 1 | large | Onion; diced | 
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 1 | can | (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom soup | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt | 
| 1 | cup | Water chestnuts (optional) | 
| 4 | cups | Cracker crumbs | 
Directions
Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into large casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. 
Serves 8-10.
