Ingredients

4cupsDiced; cooked chicken
4cupsChicken broth
cupDiced celery
1cupDiced cheese
1largeOnion; diced
2Eggs; beaten
1can(10.75-oz) cream of mushroom soup
½teaspoonPepper
2teaspoonsSalt
1cupWater chestnuts (optional)
4cupsCracker crumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into large casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
