Cheeseburger rice (minute rice)

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | small | Onion, chopped |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mustard, prepared |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | cup | Minute Rice, uncooked |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
Directions
Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
