Cheese rice

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cooked white rice
1 cup Grated smoked cheddar cheese
\N \N Cayenne pepper
\N \N Salt or substitute
4 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 cup Milk
½ \N C. cornflake crumbs (up to 3/4)

Butter the bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Spread half of rice on bottom; sprinkle with half of cheese, some cayenne & salt. Dot with pieces of butter. Repeat with remaining rice, spices & butter. Pour milk evenly over top. Sprinkle generously with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes until bubbly and browned.
