Yield: 4 Servings
|½ cup||Uncooked rice|
|½ cup||Cut-up cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Oil or shortening|
|2½ cup||Water or broth|
|1½ cup||Cut-up cooked chicken|
Lightly brown onion in oil; add salt & water or broth. Heat to boiling and add rice. Cover and cook over low heat 50 minutes. Add chicken to rice.
Heat. Sprinkle cheese on each serving.
