Fancy cheesy rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked brown rice
1¼ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Bell pepper
2 Eggs; beaten
½ cup Buttered bread crumbs
½ cup Shredded cheese

Alternate layers of rice, cheese and peppers in greased 1-½ quart casserole dish. Combine eggs, milk and salt, pour over rice. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
