Cheese salad^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ pounds Cheese, grated
Celery salt
Pepper to taste
12 Capers

Mix mayonnaise and cheese with seasonings. Form into balls with butter paddles or 2 spoons. Serve on lettuce leaves on individual plates, garnish with capers. Pass more mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
