Pear cheese salad

| 4 | Pears; thinly sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 4 | ounces | Shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 cup) |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pecans |

Directions
DRESSING
SALAD
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.
Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
