Pear cheese salad

Ingredients

¼teaspoonDry mustard
4Pears; thinly sliced
2tablespoonsLemon juice
4ouncesShredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
½cupChopped pecans
Bibb lettuce

Directions

DRESSING

SALAD

In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.

In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.

Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
