Double cheddar salad

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Romaine lettuce; slivered
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 cup Cherry tomatoes; quartered
1 cup Sliced sweet red bell pepper
⅔ cup Cheddar cheese; cubed
⅓ cup Sliced red onion
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup Plain low fat yogurt
¼ cup Reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Milk
1½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

CREAMY CHEDDAR DRESSING

In a large bowl, place ingredients. Just before serving, toss with creamy cheddar dressing. Makes four portions.

Creamy Cheddar Dressing: In small bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
