5 slices | Bacon; Cooked |
1 large | Onion; Sliced |
½ pounds | Sharp Cheese; Cubed |
1 \N | Stick Butter or Margarine |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice potatoes onto large piece of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Add onion slices and cheese. Dot with butter. Wrap loosely; seal well. Cook for one hour, turning occasionally.
