1 | Clove garlic; split |
4 larges | Potatoes; grated |
2 cups | Milk |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | Egg; lightly beaten |
¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1 cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
Pour oil into a 2-quart baking dish and rub oil around dish with garlic.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
