Baked cheese potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Salad oil
1 \N Clove garlic; split
4 larges Potatoes; grated
2 cups Milk
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 \N Egg; lightly beaten
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese; grated

Pour oil into a 2-quart baking dish and rub oil around dish with garlic.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
